🌟 We're Hiring: Customer Success Manager (Austin, TX) – Help Clients Succeed with SnapCall’s Video Support Tech!

At SnapCall, we’re on a mission to transform customer service through smart, AI-powered video experiences. Our solution is used by support teams worldwide to deliver faster, more human, and more effective customer interactions — directly inside CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

As our footprint grows in the US, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Austin, Texas, to help onboard, support, and grow our most valuable customer relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth and impactful start with SnapCall.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client accounts in North America.

  • Proactively monitor product adoption and identify opportunities for expansion or improvement.

  • Provide training, best practices, and ongoing support to ensure customers maximize value.

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support to relay feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience

  • Based in or around Austin, TX — with a passion for customer success and technology.

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or support tech.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable working with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar.
