As our footprint grows in the US, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Austin, Texas, to help onboard, support, and grow our most valuable customer relationships.
What you’ll do:
Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth and impactful start with SnapCall.
Act as the main point of contact for client accounts in North America.
Proactively monitor product adoption and identify opportunities for expansion or improvement.
Provide training, best practices, and ongoing support to ensure customers maximize value.
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support to relay feedback and drive continuous improvement.
